From Ash Grove, take Route V north 3 miles, then Farm Road 33 east 0.33 mile.


This area is mostly forested with upland woodland, savanna, and bottomland forest communities. Facilities/features permanent stream (Clear Creek).

About This Area

While most of the land is cropland or old fields, 35 acres are forested. Some of the old fields have been converted into walnut, pecan, and mixed hardwood plantations.

Clear Creek runs along the western border and angles across the area to the southeast corner, providing about five acres of fishable water.

The area is home to numerous wildlife species, including deer, turkey, squirrel, and rabbits.
