Hazel Creek Lake (Kirksville)


Anglers should exercise extra caution when backing on the boat ramps to reduce the chances of trailer damage or becoming stuck in lake sediments.

Driving Directions

From Kirksville, take Highway 63 north 3.20 miles, then Hungry Hollow Road west 1.50 miles to the lake.


Facilities/features: Two boat ramps, a courtesy dock, picnic areas, and Hazel Creek Lake (530 acres). The City of Kirksville allows hunting on the lake and adjacent city property, excluding the dam. Contact Kirksville City Hall for further information.
