Driving Directions

From Nevada, take I-49/Highway 71 north 9 miles, take the Horton exit, follow Earp Road west 1.50 miles, then Vernon County Road 1325 north, this road veers left, becoming Dove Road for 0.30 mile, then turns north becoming 1300.


This bottomland forest and cropland area offers fishing access to the Little Osage River, but there is no boat ramp.

About This Area

This 194 acre area is mostly bottomland forest and provides access to the Little Osage River. The area is susceptible to some flooding, but provides good deer and turkey hunting opportunity during drier conditions.
